HEALTHY TOMATO SOUP RECIPE FOR BABIES

Tomato soup is very healthy for babies. Tomato soup is rich in vitamin A, vitamin K and antioxidants which helps your babies to boost immune system and it is good for health. Tomato soup also improves vision and keep body hydrated. It gives relief in constipation. Tomato soup red color attracts the baby because almost all the babies likes red color and baby easily eat the soup.

Here is recipe how to make a tomato soup

Take 3–4 tomato, wash it well.

Make cuts on tomato and add it to pan with water. Cook tomato until it becomes soft

Remove the skin of tomato and transfer to a blander jar and add some water and make a puree.

Transfer puree in pan and add pinch of pepper powder. (Add pinch of salt for 1 year and above babies). You can also add butter for creamy taste.

Boil the puree for 2–3 minute. Soup’s consistency should be thick. Serve it warm to your babies.

Healthy tomato soup is ready to be served.
